What ‘kind’ of shirt do I get?

All our shirts are ‘Top Quality’, medium to heavy weight shirts We use TOP QUALITY Haynes Beefy-Ts, Anvil heavyweight Cotton, Jerzees heavy cotton and FOL Loftez for our Tees. They are 100% cotton, at least 5.5oz, pre-shrunk, soft and comfortable. Our Polo shirts are TOP QUALITY Anvil, Gilden, Haynes or FOL, 100% cotton or high cotton content at least 6oz.

How Big are the Designs you Print?

Our standard desgins are approximately 8" x 10". Our BIG PRINT designs are a full 11" x 14". The imprinted names are aproximately 3" wide by 3/4" high. Some 'Screen Print' designs are larger and specified in the 'Screen Prints' section.

What's the printing difference between White and Ash Grey shirts?

Our printing process uses the color of the shirt as the 'background' color and we print in a semi-translucent mode which shows some of the background through the color. Colors are most vivid and vibrant on white shirts. The colors become somewhat 'muted' on the Ash Grey shirts and anything that is 'white' in the design becomes the 'grey' of the shirt color. Dark, Vivid colors look good on the Ash Grey shirts whereas lighter colors get 'muted' by the grey background.

Why don't you print to BLACK shirts?

Most of our designs are digital images with 'picture quality' color shades and detail. These digital images cannot be reproduced with the level of detail and clarity on Black shirts and still mantain our quality standards. When printed on white or light colored shirts you get the full level of Brilliance and Detail associated with the digital image.

Where do you print the Designs and Names?

The large designs print on the back of the shirt. The names are imprinted on the front of the shirt in the left 'pocket area' or on the pocket of the Pocket Tee.

When do you bill my Credit Card?

We do not bill your credit card until your order ships.

How much is Shipping and Handling?

Shipping and Handling for the first Item is $5.95, each additional item adds $1.00 for shipping and handling. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. FAST delivery gets your order to you within 4 to 5 days (Continental U.S.) AND allows for most customers to receive Saturday deliveries.

How do you print your Shirts and other printed articles?

We use a ‘Heat Transfer’ method to move a digitized image onto a ‘Transfer Sheet’ and then to the item to be printed. A ‘Transfer Sheet’ is first printed from the digital image. This ‘Transfer Sheet’ is then used to transfer the ‘ink’ onto the item by both heat and pressure. This allows us to print virtually any image, even photographs and drawings, onto many different types of items

Can I wash my shirt?

Yes, but be sure to follow the ‘Product Care Instructions’ to maximize the brightness and life of the garment and image. Each shirt is packaged with detailed Washing instructions.

Why do colored Shirts cost more?

Our suppliers always charge more for any color other than white. Larger sizes (XXL and XXXL) also cost more.

What are 'Screen Prints'?

Our 'Screen Prints' are 'generic' screen printed images that we purchase from an outside source. The designs are larger and are produced with a different method of printing.

What about Returns and Exchanges?

All Shirts are ‘custom made’ to your order and optionally personalized with your name or wording of your choice. Once Shirts are ‘custom made’ we cannot exchange shirts for changes to size or color. We will warrant any of our shirts for defects or errors and will either refund or replace at our discretion.
